Refund & Return Policy

 

All merchandise sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges, except in cases of damaged or defective items. If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@kuyabon.org with your order details and a photo of the issue.

Refunds will only be issued for damaged or defective items or for orders canceled before shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
